We own 2 other studio condos at Continental. Those have 2 queen beds (sleep 4). If you need more accommodations contact us through the channel you are using. In addition, we have condos that sleep 6-8 at other locations, as well. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates are subject to change based on seasonality, demand, holidays, and local events. Peak seasons—including summer months, spring break, and major holidays—typically reflect higher nightly rates and may require longer minimum stays. Lower seasonal periods often provide more flexible pricing and shorter stay requirements, offering great value for guests seeking a quieter beachfront escape. A cleaning fee is applied to each reservation to ensure the studio is professionally prepared for every guest. Taxes and applicable service fees will be calculated at the time of booking. A partial or full payment may be required depending on the timing of your reservation and booking platform policies. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced to allow for proper cleaning and preparation. Early check-in requests may be accommodated when availability allows but cannot be guaranteed. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella is included with your stay. Availability may be seasonal or weather-dependent, and schedules are determined by the service provider. Free on-site parking is available for registered guests. Parking passes or registration may be required and must be displayed according to property guidelines to avoid towing or fines. Guests are expected to follow all property and community rules, including occupancy limits, noise ordinances, and any building-specific regulations. This is a non-smoking unit, and violations may result in additional cleaning fees. Pets are not permitted unless otherwise specified. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the booking platform’s policy or the terms agreed upon at the time of reservation.
