Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Thank you for choosing Dolphin Island at Continental Condominiums in Panama City Beach! We are thrilled to host you and want your beach getaway to be relaxing, enjoyable, and hassle-free. Please take a moment to review these important house rules and property details: • Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 4 guests (including children and infants). The studio features two comfortable queen-size beds with premium Dream Cloud and Helix memory foam mattresses. No additional guests, visitors, or overnight visitors are permitted beyond this limit. • Parking: Free ample parking is included—no daily fees or resort charges. Use the resort’s garage or lot. Upon arrival, fill in your check-in and check-out dates on the provided parking pass and display it on your vehicle dashboard. If a pass is lost or damaged, contact us promptly for a replacement. • Beach Service: Complimentary seasonal beach chair service (2 loungers + 1 umbrella) is provided from March 15 through October 31—setup handled by on-site beach staff (a $55/day value). Off-season, we supply 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and a small ice chest inside the condo for your use at no extra cost. • Check-in / Check-out: Self check-in is easy with a digital lock code (provided in advance—no physical keys needed). Check-in begins after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to your arrival—please follow them carefully. • No Pets: This is a strict no-pet property per HOA rules. No exceptions. • No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, and in all common areas except in designated outdoor smoking zones on the property. • Quiet Hours & Conduct: Continental Condominiums is a family-friendly resort. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Cleaning: Professional cleaning is included between stays. To avoid any additional fees, please leave the condo in good order: wash dishes, take out trash, gather used towels/linens, and leave appliances/furniture as found. • Damage & Incidentals: No security deposit is required upfront, but you will be responsible for any accidental damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations. Charges will be applied to the card on file if needed. • Cancellation Policy: Refer to the specific policy displayed during booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your protection against unforeseen changes. • Amenities & Access: Enjoy all on-site amenities at no extra cost: sparkling seasonally heated pool, Flippers Beach Bar (open seasonally), direct beach access, outdoor grilling area, and coin-operated laundromat on the third floor. No hidden resort or amenity fees are added after booking. • Important Note: You will be asked to sign a basic rental agreement to finalize your booking—this helps ensure everyone understands and agrees to these guidelines.
