After a day exploring the Ozarks, settle into the Great Room and unwind by the wood burning fireplace as you stream a movie on the 50 inch Smart TV with live TV and WiFi. In winter, watching snow fall through the wall of windows feels magical.

Sleeping accommodations are designed for comfort:
The oversized master suite features a king memory foam bed and a private ensuite full bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom includes two queen memory foam beds and a privacy door, making it ideal for families or multiple couples.
The third bedroom offers a king bed with its own privacy door, creating another quiet retreat within the open concept layout.
The loft provides additional sleeping space and includes its own full bathroom.
With three full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready before lake days or evenings exploring nearby towns.

Step outside and the magic continues. Soak beneath the stars in the oversized hot tub featuring a non chlorine system, 54 jets, waterfall, lighting system, and lounge seating. Follow it with relaxation in your private Finnish sauna. At night, the back deck becomes your observatory, where brilliant constellations stretch across Arkansas skies.

A gentle wooded path leads down to a quiet cove on Beaver Lake, perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or tying up your boat. Lost Bridge Marina offers boat rentals nearby, and a launch is only a few blocks away.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, demand, holidays, and special events. Please review the full pricing breakdown before booking to see nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes, and platform service fees. -Base rate includes up to 6 guests. There is an additional charge of $11 dollars per guest per night for each guest over 6, up to a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at booking so supplies and linens will be adequate. -A cleaning fee is applied to each reservation to ensure the cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. -Minimum night stays may apply depending on season. Peak and holiday periods may require longer stays. -Check in is at 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM. Late check out fee of $30/hour if you delay leaving on time because this disrupts the cleaning schedule. -Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. A valid government issued ID may be required. Guests will complete a basic rental agreement prior to arrival. -This is a non smoking cabin. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. If you choose to smoke outdoors, you must use the fire pit area only. Extreme caution is required. Do not discard cigarette materials on the ground. All embers must be fully extinguished and cold before leaving unattended. Guests are responsible for preventing accidental fires. During fire weather bans fires and smoking are not allowed outside at all. Absolutely no fireworks are allowed in Lost Bridge Village. July 4th holiday the HOA usually provides a nice fireworks display over the lake near the club house. -No pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund. Registered service animals( not ESA pets) are allowed and you should notify us that you are bringing a service animal. -Damage Policy Guests are responsible for any accidental damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges for repair or replacement will be billed to the credit card on file. Please report any issues promptly. -Firewood is provided for reasonable use in the fireplace and fire pit. If you plan to burn large quantities, please bring additional wood. Always fully extinguish fires before leaving or going inside. -If you plan to grill, please bring charcoal and lighter fluid. Starter toiletries and paper goods are provided, but guests should bring additional supplies for extended stays. Beach towels are not provided. -Boat trailers must be parked off the street and within property markers. Guests are responsible for proper placement. -We recommend travel insurance for weather or unforeseen cancellations. Refunds follow the selected cancellation policy. -We do have neighbors. Please adhere to quiet time from 11pm to 8am. -We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with these rules. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxing, and memorable Ozark lake experience.
