Just Beachy is a cozy, beachfront studio condo at the recently renovated and remodeled Continental Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. The entire building has been refreshed with modern updates and stylish upgrades, making it look better than ever while keeping its classic coastal appeal.
Perched on the highly desired 5th floor, this studio offers one of the best views in Panama City Beach. Step onto your private balcony and soak in unobstructed emerald Gulf waters, powdery white sand, and spectacular sunsets—guests consistently call this the most coveted view on the entire Gulf! Be sure to have your margarita ready for the show.
The open, thoughtful design fills the 410 sq ft space with natural light and sea views from every angle. Inside, nautical “Just Beachy” decor instantly sets the vacation mood. The studio comfortably sleeps up to 4 on highly ranked Wink and Casper queen memory foam mattresses. The full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with room for two.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom woodwork, and stainless steel appliances—perfect for simple meals or quick bites. Eat at the inside table for 4, grill outdoors on the ground-floor charcoal area, dine al fresco on the balcony or eat on-site at Flipper’s Bar and Grill. Too relaxed to cook? Walk to nearby beachfront spots or head to Pier Park (just 0.7 miles away) for endless dining, live music, and entertainment.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Thank you for choosing Just Beachy at Continental Condos in Panama City Beach! We are excited to have you and want your stay to be smooth and enjoyable. Please review these important details: • Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 4 people (including children and infants). The condo has two queen memory foam mattresses. No additional guests or visitors are permitted beyond this limit. • Parking: Free covered parking is included—no daily fees. Park in the garage or lot (ample spaces available). Upon arrival, complete both dates on your parking pass and place it on your vehicle dashboard. Lost or damaged passes may require replacement (contact us if needed). • Beach Service: Free seasonal beach chair service (2 loungers + 1 umbrella) is included from March 15 through October 31. Setup is handled by beach staff during peak season. Off season we provide 2 chairs and 1 umbrella kept inside the condo. • Check-in / Check-out: Self check-in via digital lock (code provided in advance—no keys to manage). Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please follow check-in instructions sent prior to arrival. • No Pets: This is a strict no-pet property per HOA policy. • No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping) is not allowed inside the condo, on the balcony, or in any common areas except in the designated areas on site. • Quiet Hours & Conduct: Continental Condos is family-oriented. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, parties, or unruly behavior are not tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund. • Cleaning: Professional cleaning is included at the end of your stay. Please leave the condo tidy (dishes washed, trash taken out, towels gathered) to avoid extra cleaning fees. • Damage: Since there is no security deposit you will be billed for accidental damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items. • Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the specific policy shown during booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection. • Amenities & Access: All on-site amenities (pool, beach access, Flippers Bar & Grill, outdoor grilling area) are included at no extra charge. No resort or amenity fees are added after booking. Coin-operated laundromat available on floor 5. • Important: You will be asked to sign a basic rental agreement to complete your booking.
