Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, demand, holidays, and special events. Please review the full pricing breakdown before booking to see nightly rate, cleaning fee, service fees, and taxes. A cleaning fee is applied to each reservation to ensure the condo is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. We take pride in maintaining a spotless and well prepared space for every guest. Minimum night stays may apply depending on season. Peak summer and holiday periods may require longer minimum stays. Check in is at 4 PM Central Time. Check out is at 10 AM Central Time. Check out later than 10am will result in a $30/hr extra charge because it disrupts the cleaning schedule. Primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. A valid government ID may be required. This is a non smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony is strictly prohibited and may result in additional cleaning fees. There are designated smoking areas on the property. No pets are allowed. If an unauthorized pet is brought onto the property, the stay will be terminated immediately without refund. Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any accidental damage or missing items beyond normal wear and tear. Any charges for repairs, replacement, or excessive cleaning will be billed to the credit card on file. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly. Parking passes and wristbands are provided per association guidelines. Replacement fees may apply for lost items. Seasonal beach service includes two loungers and one umbrella and is typically available March through October, weather permitting. Off season we supply 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella found inside the condo. We do not provide daily housekeeping service. Starter supplies of paper goods, toiletries, and detergent are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed during their stay. Hurricane Policy: In the event of a mandatory evacuation order is issued by NOAA, unused nights will be refunded or you can apply this to another booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against weather related or personal cancellations. Cancellations are subject to the platform cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with house rules or resort policies. Our goal is to provide a seamless, relaxing, and memorable beach experience.
